Event Sponsorship Request Letter

I wrote and produced a sponsorship appeal letter for Fayette Friends of Animals' All Dogs Go to Heaven fundraising event, which was mailed to 100+ contacts. I handled the full production process, including customizing and printing the letters using a Google Docs mail merge and mailing them independently. The letter introduced the event, communicated the shelter’s mission, and invited local businesses and individuals to become sponsors. This appeal helped broaden community engagement, strengthened donor relationships, and supported event planning with early commitments from key sponsors.
